RRB ALP second stage exam rescheduled; to be held from Dec 12 to 14

New Delhi, November 2: With the result announcement of RRB ALP first stage examination on November 2, Railways Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have rescheduled the RRB ALP second stage computer based test. According to RRB officials, now the second stage exam of RRB ALP will be conducted from December 12 to 14. Earlier, the second stage examination of RRB ALP 2018 was scheduled to be held on November 19. However, with the revised dates for the second stage exam, now qualified candidates of the first stage have got 23 more days to take the test than the earlier dates.

Earlier, RRB ALP first stage examination was held from August 9 to September 4, for which the result has been announced today. As per the result of the first stage, as many as 9,65,565 candidates have been shortlisted for stage 2 exam.

Along with the result of the first stage, the authority has also released the scorecard of the candidates. The result cum scorecard of RRB ALP first stage contains actual marks and normalized score of the candidates. Each of the 21 recruitment Boards have declared RRB ALP result separately for the candidates who had appeared from the respective Boards.

This year, RRB ALP is being conducted for selecting 64,370 candidates for ALP and Technician level posts available across 21 RRBs.
